Information on exercising the right of withdrawal

1. right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
• In the case of a contract for several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (created in the configurator), that are clearly tailored to personal needs, that are not suitable for return due to their nature, that spoil quickly, or whose expiration date has been exceeded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the withdrawal form shown below, but this is not mandatory.

To safeguard the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

2. consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from the contract, Lederhosen-Manufaktur shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by Lederhosen-Manufaktur), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which Lederhosen-Manufaktur is informed about your decision to withdraw from the contract. For this repayment, Lederhosen-Manufaktur will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will fees be charged for the repayment.

Lederhosen-Manufaktur may refuse to make a refund until it has received the goods back or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Lederhosen-Manufaktur immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest on the day on which you informed Lederhosen-Manufaktur of the revocation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the quality, properties and functionality of the goods.
