Information about exercising the right of revocation

1. Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without indication of any reasons. The revocation time limit is 14 days from the day

• You or a third party you have appointed and who is not the carrier have taken the goods into possession.
• In the event of a contract that covers several items that were ordered within a single order and that were delivered separately, from the day on which you or third parties you have appointed and who are not the carrier have taken possession of the last item.
• The right of revocation does not apply to goods that have been manufactured to customer specifications (in the configurator), that have been clearly tailored to personal needs, whose composition makes them unsuitable for return, that spoil quickly or whose expiry date has passed.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to revoke this contract. The revocation form below may be used to this end but its use is not mandatory.

It is sufficient that you send the notification of revocation before the end of the time limit for revocation to comply with the right of revocation.

2. Consequences of revocation

In the event that you revoke the contract, Lederhosen-Manufaktur must refund to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Lederhosen-Manufaktur) without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which Lederhosen-Manufaktur received notification of your revocation. Lederhosen-Manufaktur will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction unless something else is expressly agreed with you; charges will not be billed for the refund.

Lederhosen-Manufaktur may refuse to make a refund until it has received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been dispatched for return, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to Lederhosen-Manufaktur immediately and in any event within 14 days of the day on which you informed Lederhosen-Manufaktur of the revocation. The time limit will have been met if you dispatch the goods before the time limit has passed.

You will bear the direct costs for returning the goods. You will only be required to pay for any loss in the value of the goods if this loss in value is due to the goods being treated in such a way that was not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
